Job Description

1.           Account Receivable (Bank / Merchant Statements and Invoices)

2.           Monthly merchant bank reconciliation

3.           Daily and monthly sales reconciliation (Inhouse System and QuickBook)

4.           Daily and monthly inventory reconciliation (Manual and QuickBook

5.           E-Payment updates / checking (inhouse System)

6.           Perform any ad-hoc duties deemed appropriate by Accounts Manager

Job Requirement

1.           Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience a plus point

2.           Those without experience are welcome to apply as Training Provided

3.           Experience with processing of banking transactions a plus point

3.           Knowledgeand experience in QuickBooks a plus point

4.           Able to start work immediately

5.           Meticulous with good attention to detail

Other Information

Industry: Commercial water filtration system

Work Location: Peninsula Plaza (Opposite City Hall MRTStation)

Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary : $2,800 – 3100 (depending on experience andqualifications)
