Temp Patient Service Associate (Start ASAP, Till Feb 2027, West) #HJY

Location: Queenstown
Duration: ASAP - Feb 2027
Salary: $11/hr - $15/hr

Working days and hours:
- 5 day work week
- One weekday and Sunday off

Monday to Friday:
- AM Shift: 830am to 530pm
- PM Shift: 11am to 8pm

Saturday and PH:
- AM Shift: 830am to 530pm

Job Description:
- Provide bedside financial counselling to patients and next-of-kin on hospital charges, subsidies, payment options, and financial assistance schemes.
- Manage admissions, billing enquiries, payment collection, deposits, and transaction reconciliation while ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
- Advise patients on national healthcare forms, process submissions to relevant authorities, maintain accurate SAP records, and ensure complete documentation and follow-up throughout the patient's admission journey.

- No exp. needed, training will be provided
