Temp Service Order Handling Executive
(Hiring under Recruit Express Headcount)

Location: International Business Park

Salary: Up to $3,500/month

Duration: About 2 months

Working Hours:
• Mon – Thu: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Fri: 8.30am – 4.30pm

Job Scope

• Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for service projects
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Product Specialists, Supply Chain, Warehouse & Finance teams
• Ensure timely order fulfilment, invoicing and payment collection
• Handle customer enquiries, order status updates and resolve commercial issues
• Prepare shipping documents (DO, invoices, packing lists, COO, BL/AWB instructions & export declarations)
• Support import/export shipments and prepare L/C documentation
• Track shipments and provide updates to Singapore & India offices
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and identify potential order delays
• Drive process improvements and maintain SOPs for order handling
• Good knowledge and experience with SAP
• Experience in order management, shipping, or customer service 
• Familiar with import/export documentation and Incoterms
• Strong coordination and communication skills
