Temp Healthcare Customer Service Associate (Novena, 6 Months) #HJY

Location: Novena
Duration: 6 months (Extension is subjected to vacancy and business needs)
Salary: $11/hr

Working days and hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.

Job Description:
- Assists in clinic operations duties in the call center such as Incoming calls for First Visit / Workqueue etc.
- Provides Clinic Operations Support for front desk
- Maintains a proper filing system for documents and files in call center department
- Provides admin support in data entry and preparing reports at the call center

Job Requirements:
- Valid TDAP/Varicella/MMR vaccination
- No exp. needed, training will be provided
