Senior Key Account Manager (Permanent, Up to $8000, One-North, Sales) #HJY

Salary: $7000 - $8000
Location: One-North
Working Hours: 5 days, Office Hours
 
Job Description
- Drive sales of scientific, laboratory, and research equipment within the life sciences industry.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and manage assigned accounts while identifying opportunities to expand the company’s business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and account development.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for the research community.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and application guidance.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and seamless customer support.

Requirements
- Min 5 years of relevant experience.
- Min Bachelor's degree in any field (Degree in a scientific field would be advantageous)
