Senior Asst Manager/ Manager, Corporate Partnership (Insurance) #HLE

Job Description:

• Provide project management, operations and administrative support to clinical departments/units to ensure its smooth operations and adherence to clinical governance.

• Active Management of insurance and third party administrator partners for:

- Contract/ recontracting direct billing agreements
- Coordinating and executing partnership events (e.g: hospital tour with agents/ management, insurance partner hosted events)
- Pre-authorization processing in partnership with clinical ops
- Resolving escalation of patient feedback/ issues, in partnership with PLC/ SOC
- Updating and driving empanelment of clinicians by partners
- Partnering with clinical departments to drive awareness 
- Analyzing and reporting performance of partners 



Job Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in related studies.
• Takes initiative and be able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
