Pharmacy Assistant (Entry Level, Temp, Island Wide Locations, No experience needed)

Duties & Responsibilities 

•        Assist in the reception and patient registration in the pharmacy areas 

•        Perform cashier and billing functions

•        Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries from patients and hospital staff

•        Assist in providing quality customer service 

•        Maintains the cleanliness of the pharmacy work areas, and prepare work areas for daily operations

•        Supports the hospital by participating actively in the various activities organized by the hospital. Activities include QC, community projects, staff welfare and recreational activities and etc 

•        Assist in processing of medication orders for inpatient and outpatient dispensing and supplies 

•        Able to provide advice on the products kept in pharmacy 

•        Other duties as directed by the supervisors Requirements 

Requirements

• Min GCE N/O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma in ay field of studies 
• Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
• No experience needed, full training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to start work immediately
