(Pharma Manufacturing Plant) Warehouse Specialist (Up 6K) @ Tuas #HJC

Job Responsibility
• Implement and maintain warehouse 5S; keep warehouse environment clean and goods stored safely and orderly.
• Operate strictly according to departmental GMP and EHS-related SOPs.
• Ensure timely receipt, put-away, transfers, issuance, and returns of materials; communicate with material planners to ensure records match physical stock.
• Perform required material repacking, complete repacking records, and clear the repacking area afterward.
• Perform routine care and maintenance of inventory to ensure packaging is intact, clean, undamaged, and not missing.
• Record or monitor warehouse temperature and humidity; report and handle abnormalities promptly.
• Clean warehouse according to procedures and keep area cleaning records up to date.
• Conduct warehouse inspections according to procedures and maintain inspection records and warehouse log.
• Maintain daily upkeep of warehouse facilities, equipment, and forklifts.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Demonstrate good team cooperation and contribute to team-building.

Job Requirements
• Education: High school or technical secondary school diploma or above.
• Preferred Majors: Chemical engineering, logistics, or related fields.
• Key Skills: Proactive, eager to learn, responsible; good communication and execution skills.
• Qualifications: Forklift license preferred.
