Perm Operations Associate, Transport & Facilities (EAST, NURSING HOME) #HZT

Transport Duties:
● Operate transport vehicles to safely ferry residents to medical appointments, homes, and other locations
● Assist residents during boarding and alighting, especially those with mobility challenges
● Conduct vehicle safety checks before and after trips and maintain vehicle cleanliness
● Follow transport schedules and report any issues promptly
● Support resident escorting during outings or medical visits as required

Facilities Duties:
● Perform routine checks on premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality
● Assist with minor maintenance tasks 
● Coordinate with vendors for cleaning, pest control, and waste management services
● Support preventive maintenance and safety compliance activities
● Assist with setup and logistics for events or operational needs

Requirements: 
● Have a minimum of Primary School education or equivalent
● Possess a valid Class 3/3A Singapore driving license and Bus Driver's Vocational License with a clean driving record
