Part-Time HR Executive (Program Management)
(Hiring under Recruit Express Headcount)

Salary: $2,000 – $2,400/month

Working Hours:
* Mon – Fri (Office Hours)
* Either 2–3 days/week or half-day daily
Location: Pasir Panjang

Job Scope

* Support Employee Experience & Learning & Development initiatives
* Plan, coordinate & execute organisation-wide events
* Create content and designs for internal communications
* Collaborate with internal committees and stakeholders
* Manage vendors and event logistics
* Prepare systems reports and data analysis
* Other ad-hoc HR and project duties as assigned

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of coordination or planning experience (e.g. HR, Employee Engagement, Event Management, Project Coordination)
