Must be able to commit 31 March 2027

Working hours:

8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)

8am to 12pm (Every Sat)

Must be open to work as 730am on certain days. If start work earlier will end work earlier. 8hrs a day on weekday. 4 hrs on Sat.

44 hours per work week

Responsibilities (for SNAP):

• Perform backend administrative duties including appointment scheduling, conducting pre-appointment instructions and follow-up calls, arranging referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC) and data collation.
• Provide clinical support by assisting medical, nursing, and allied health domains with tasks relevant to the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP).
• Cross coverage of duties when required to ensure seamless operations.
• Undertake any other ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisors.
