Working hours:

8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)

8am to 12pm (Every Sat)

Must be open to work as 7am or 730am on certain days. If start work earlier will end work earlier. 8hrs a day on weekday. 4 hrs on Sat.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide frontline service as a representative of SingHealth Polyclinics
• Register patients, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
• Assist patients with self-service kiosks
• Manage patient flow and respond to enquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned
