Manager, Corporate Partnerships (Healthcare) Contract

Looking to make an impact in Singapore's healthcare sector? We are seeking an experienced Corporate Partnerships professional to join a leading healthcare institution! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with insurance companies and third-party administrators (TPAs).
• Lead contract renewals and onboarding of direct billing partnerships.
• Coordinate and execute partner engagement activities, including hospital tours and networking events.
• Work closely with clinical teams to facilitate pre-authorisation processes.
• Resolve partner and patient escalations alongside operational stakeholders.
• Drive clinician empanelment with insurance partners.
• Collaborate with clinical departments to increase awareness of healthcare partnership offerings through presentations and engagement events.
• Analyse partnership performance and prepare reports to support business decisions.

Requirements:

• Degree with relevant experience in corporate partnerships, account management, healthcare, insurance or business development.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
• Comfortable working across multiple departments and managing external partners.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance tracking.
