Logistics Assistant Manager #ESS

• Order & Shipment Management: Execute and process end-to-end regional drop shipments, import shipments, and trans-shipments for APAC customers, ensuring accurate order execution and timely invoicing.

• Logistics & Freight Coordination: Sourcing and liaising with cost-effective forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams to optimize order preparation, shipping schedules, and timely deliveries.

• Compliance & Documentation: Handle shipping document preparation, Letter of Credit (LC) processes for regional clients, and coordinate port clearances to effectively prevent storage and demurrage charges.

• Reporting & Stakeholder Support: Generate weekly open order and monthly reports, while maintaining close communication with international planners and sales teams to provide vessel updates and cost estimates.

• Inventory & Financial Verification: Perform accurate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for real-time stock management, verify vendor invoices (forwarders/transporters/GST) for payment, and participate in annual stock counts.
