Junior Analyst (Laboratory Operations & Sample Management) - Up to 4K #HHL

? Salary: Up to 4000
? Mon-Fri, Office hour

Responsibilities
Manage laboratory samples, including receipt, tracking, and storage.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
Support billing and documentation processes.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve sample discrepancies.
Maintain records in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Support audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with laboratory digitization and process improvement projects.

Requirements
Min. Diploma, Higher NITEC, ITE, or equivalent qualification.
Experience in inventory, logistics, purchasing, sample management, or laboratory operations preferred.
Familiarity with GMP, ISO 17025, or regulated environments is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently.
