• You will also provide administrative support for Outreach events and other ad-hoc assignments
• IT Savvy with good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a team
• Self-motivated, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• May need to work beyond office hour during peak period
• Any other ad hoc duties advised by your supervisor
