[ Healthcare, Good in Excel] Assistant Manager, Operations Manager (Allied Health, 1 Year Contract) #HCY

The key responsibilities include supporting projects to organize place-based and person-centric rehabilitation care for patients, improving rehabilitation outcomes, and strengthening integration and collaboration across rehabilitation settings. You will also provide operational support for assigned rehabilitation services or programmes through data monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of the programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing initiatives to improve rehabilitation care delivery and patient flow.
• Identify barriers to change and support the development of structures, enablers, and best practices in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Support the review and enhancement of policies and processes to achieve effective, value-driven rehabilitation outcomes.
• Foster collaboration and manage change among internal stakeholders and external community partners.
• Provide operational support for change management initiatives related to the adoption of the Framework.
• Coordinate care for patients with complex needs to ensure continuity of rehabilitation services and minimise premature dropout from rehabilitation programmes.

• Ensure smooth daily operations of assigned rehabilitation services, programmes, or functional areas.
• Administer the collection of key patient or client data under appropriate guidance and training.
• Enter, extract, process, analyse, and compile data, statistics, and reports for regular reporting to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentation materials, papers, and other documentation as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare or community care sector.
