The position will be Executive / Senior Executive role, and the work scope will include:

• Support internal branding including institutions and cluster communications scope of work, including
o Brand management
o Content management and writing

• Support secured internal staff content and platforms and external communications scope of work, including
o Intranet, EDMs, enewsletter, Teams, Social Media
o Public-fronting collaterals, signages and profiling efforts
o Content management and writing

• Support intranet migration exercise
• Support D&D related scope of work, including liaison with vendors/staff, gathering of resources, adaptation of artworks, and other related tasks as assigned

• Support administrative/logistical matters in the department, including
o Raising Purchase Request
o Raising IT request
o Minute-taking

• Other comms-related scope of work as assigned
