Budgeting & Forecasting: Preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and tracking actual performance against targets for hospital departments.
Costing & Pricing: Performing financial calculations and determining optimal pricing for clinical services and digital transformation projects.
Performance Management: Developing strategic indicators and dashboards to align with governance and strategic priorities.
