Finance Executive / Finance Officer | Contract-to-Perm Opportunity

? Location: North East 
? Contract: 6 months ( Opportunity to convert to perm) 
?️ Working Hours: Monday–Friday- Office Hours 

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and timely using SAP 
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and support month-end closing 
• Handle vendor onboarding, bank detail creation and maintenance.
• Manage AP-related queries, including PO, GRN, invoices and approval workflows.
• Upload exchange rates and perform related SAP posting 
• Support withholding tax documentation, year-end closing and internal audits.
• Review and approve supplier onboarding and banking forms.
• Drive process improvements to enhance AP efficiency.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of finance experience, on the job training will be provided for cnaidates with no relevant work experiences 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Experience with SAP ECC &  Coupa will be highly advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work well under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
