Finance Business Analyst (Accountant, MNC, Healthcare Industry)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• The Financial Analyst is responsible for the preparation, reporting and analysis of operational metrics on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis to improve operational performance and profitability
• These include daily flex, daily OT, daily sales/dock, daily checkbook, weekly battle plan, monthly operations pack
• Prepares financial forecasts and assists the Group Controller in the preparation of budgets and the monitoring and analysis of actual results against plans
• Actively work with operations and CI teams on development of and tracking of cost savings projects
• Prepares capital requests (ECAR) and works with project managers to develop financial ROI and payback
• Active participant in SOX as a tester of controls
• Assists the Group Controller in the preparation of timely and comprehensive reports including analysis of financial data, statements, and audits covering sales, earnings, profits, working capital, cash balances and other financial metrics based on past, present and expected operations
• Prepares and maintains certain SOX documentation over financial tasks and records to achieve desired business objectives
• Assist GM and Group Controller on ad-hoc projects and analyses that require excellent excel skills
• Assist accounting team with special projects, month-end deliverables, shared services integration projects as required
• Assist accounting team in preparing account reconciliations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements
• Min. Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration) in a recognized university
• 5 or more years of related work experience as an Financeanalyst
• Proficiency in MS Excel application and functions like SAP and Oracle
