[East/North-East) 1 Year Contract Polyclinic Coordinator (Patient Registration) - Fixed at $2500/month #HLV

Working hours:

Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekdays)

Every Sat: 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat)

44 hours per work week

Responsibilities: 

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
