KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for complete order to cash process
- Process customer orders
- Provide sales support to designated countries, where applicable
- Coordinate the preparation of shipping documentation to customers
- Attend to customer complaints
- Handle customer request for samples
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 to 5 years of work experience in an MNC environment
- Sound knowledge in logistics and shipping
