Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of monthly payroll operations, ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time.
  Turn payroll data into meaningful reports and insights that support better decision-making.
• Manage the preparation and issuance of client invoices, helping to keep our partnerships running smoothly.
• Partner with external auditors during audit reviews and year-end financial exercises.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives that improve systems, processes and productivity.
• Support the team with operational and administrative responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.
• Work closely with colleagues across Recruit Express and HRnet One to achieve our collective goals and deliver excellence as one Group.

Job Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Business/Humanities and Social Sciences
• Meticulous and organised
