Contract Accounts and Finance Manager (Up to 6K) #HHL

? Up to $6,000/month + 1-month completion bonus
? Nearby Raffles MRT
? Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm

? Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounting and month-end closing
• Prepare financial schedules, management reports and cash-flow forecasts
• Lead annual budgeting and monitor budget variances
• Coordinate external audits and prepare statutory financial statements
• Handle GST reporting and work with tax agents on ECI and corporate tax filings
• Manage ACRA filings, statutory records and board resolutions
• Improve accounting workflows through digitalisation and automation
• Support the financial setup of new entities when required

? Requirements

• Min. Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline
• CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification
• Min. 4–6 years of accounting experience
• Audit experience followed by commercial accounting experience is preferred
• Hands-on experience with IRAS platforms and ACRA BizFile+
• Proficient in Xero or QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently and manage the full accounting cycle
