6 Months Locum Phlebotomist #HGAT

Location: Napier

fixed site but must be comfortable to go up to private clinics and wards to draw blood. Occasionally to cross over other sites to cover (quite rare) - don't really have full days

Working Hours:
Mondays - Saturdays 8:00am - 1pm / 8:30am - 1:30pm
(Sometimes will stagger, might start as early as 7:30am, also will sometimes be scheduled for full shift)

1st month half days, after deemed competent subsequently will have more full shifts, also depending on manpower needs

Salary: $23-26/hr

Requirements:
Min 6 months - 1 year working experience in phlebotomy please.
Attached Cert / License in resume.
Candidates have to be fully vaccinated, if not need to go at own cost once shortlisted.
Have to wear agency scrubs as uniform

Vaccinations required:
COVID - 3 doses
MMR
Tdap
Varicella (chicken pox) - 2 doses or blood test results for antibodies
Hep B jab
Hep B serology results for antibodies
